Mission

The primary objective of the Polish-American Media  is to Foster understanding, appreciation, awareness and cooperation between the people and leaders of Poland and the people and leaders of the United States and other countries;

  • Serve as a Polish- and English-language source of high-quality news, information and content about the United States, about Poland and about Polish communities around the world;

  • Reinforce, within the Polish community, the importance and values of civil society and democracy;

  • Provide an international platform for the Polish creative community;

  • Promote Polish heritage and culture;

  • Encourage international cooperation and investment in Polish research, technology and business enterprises; and

  • Provide a popular platform for increasing Polish visibility within the United States,

 

Means

The primary means of disseminating the content will be to create, assemble and distribute television programming and other content in the United Sates, in Poland and in other countries with significant Polish communities (such as Canada, U.K., Ireland and France), using

  • Television and Streaming Video - By video and other digital-content distribution (including a 24-hour channel), through the Internet, through cable, satellite and other communications networks, as appropriate and available

  • Other Means and Media - As appropriate, through other means, such as hard-copy published materials, including prerecorded video and music

  • Live Events - Through the presentation of live concerts, seminars and events.

The Company will create and operate a state-of-the art digital video production and transmission studio in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, which it will use to create programming and will make available to third parties who will produce and own the programs and other content. It will also enter into funding and other arrangements with content producers and providers.

The primary television programming will be a Polish- and English-language 24-hour-a-day news, information and entertainment channel, Tpa24h.
